Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

• US Standard: 3–7 business days ($5, free over $50)
• US Express: 1–3 business days ($15)
• International: 7–14 business days (calculated at checkout)

Returns

We want you to love your routine. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products are eligible for store credit if you're not satisfied — just reach out to hello@dewtheory.com.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.

Duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
